1. Service Description
MayoDating AI (“the Service”) provides an AI-powered relationship advice chatbot built on Mayo's frameworks and teachings. The Service is operated by MayoDating and accessible at mayodating.com and associated domains.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits.
4. Subscription and Billing
The Pro plan is billed at $10 per month and auto-renews unless canceled. Credit packs are one-time purchases that never expire. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for subscription plans.
We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Refund Policy
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you believe there was an error in billing, contact support@mayodating.com within 30 days.
6. Privacy and Data
Conversations are stored securely and are not sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, use, and deletion.
7. AI Disclaimer
Responses from MayoDating AI are for entertainment and self-improvement purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice. The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or inappropriate responses. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI responses.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all AI models, prompts, and frameworks, is the property of MayoDating. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MayoDating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
